Roadmap

Development roadmap

This is the plan we operate against, not a pitch graphic. Phases are sequential because the work is: each one produces the evidence the next one needs. Dates are targets, and we update them when reality disagrees.

  1. 01

    In progress

    Research

    2025 — 2026

Build depth in the core domains: multi-agent coordination on ROS 2, VTOL flight systems, and geospatial intelligence. Output is prototypes, test data, and public engineering notes.

    Milestones — working set

    • Multi-agent ROS 2 communication stack running in containerised simulation
    • VTOL testbed airframe assembled and instrumented
    • GeoAI pipeline processing real spatial data
    • Public engineering log established
  2. 02

    Planned

    Prototype

    2026

Integrate the research threads into one flying system: autonomous VTOL flights with onboard perception, logged and analysed.

    Milestones

    • First autonomous VTOL transition flight
    • Onboard compute running perception in flight
    • Repeatable autonomous survey pattern
    • Failure-mode catalogue from flight logs
  3. 03

    Planned

    MVP

    2026 — 2027

One platform, one mission, done reliably: autonomous mapping/survey flights that a non-engineer could commission and understand the output of.

    Milestones

    • End-to-end mission autonomy (plan, fly, land, deliver map)
    • Ground-station software usable by a trained operator
    • Reliability data across 50+ missions
    • Regulatory groundwork for pilot operations in India
  4. 04

    Planned

    Pilot deployment

    2027

Field pilots with real partners — infrastructure inspection, terrain mapping, or public-sector response — under real conditions, with published results.

    Milestones

    • Two or more pilot partners signed
    • Multi-vehicle coordinated missions in the field
    • Pilot case studies published
    • First revenue
  5. 05

    Planned

    Commercial launch

    2027

Turn what pilots proved into a product: hardware, autonomy stack, and fleet software offered commercially in initial verticals.

    Milestones

    • Production-ready platform revision
    • Commercial offering and pricing
    • Certification and compliance complete for target markets
    • Founding team grown into an engineering org
  6. 06

    Planned

    Scaling

    2028+

Scale manufacturing, fleet operations, and the team. Extend the autonomy core beyond the first platform class.

    Milestones

    • Serial production capability
    • Fleet operations infrastructure
    • Second platform class in development
  7. 07

    Planned

    Global expansion

    2029+

Take the stack to international markets and broader domains — the long-term goal is a full-stack autonomy company serving fleets across air and ground.

    Milestones

    • International market entry
    • Cross-domain platform family
    • Long-term R&D lab established
